Settlement e-Card

If you have received a Settlement e-Card, you'll first need to activate it before you can start shopping online or in our stores. To activate your card over the telephone, please call our Claims Team on 0116 282 1931 and we'll have your card ready to use within 24 hours. Alternatively, just visit one of our stores where we can activate your card and have it ready to use straight away.

Using Your Settlement e-Card Online

It is possible to fulfil your insurance settlement by purchasing products via our website. At the point of purchase your Settlement e-Card can be chosen as the payment method and the card details will be requested to allow the transaction to complete. The same terms and conditions apply as was outlined at the point of settlement, for example sale / promotional items or products such as Rolex could be excluded from your replacement options. If items are in your basket which breach your terms and conditions the payment type will not be allowed and a message will indicate that your basket needs to be amended. If there is a product you wish to purchase but is currently under a promotion, it is possible to purchase the product at the full retail price by contacting our customer services team who will arrange the sale to go through on that basis. Similarly, if your order exceeds your insurance settlement value, our website will enable you to pay the outstanding amount on a debit or credit card.

Your card balance can be obtained at any Goldsmith Store, through our online balance checker or by calling our customer experience team on freephone 0800-085-8250 during the following times:

  • Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
  • Bank holidays: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Settlement e-Card Terms and Conditions

Settlement e-cards are redeemable against most products and services at Goldsmiths. Unfortunately, they cannot be redeemed against Rolex watches, Limited Edition & Special Edition Watches, TAG Connected Watches, Gift Cards, Coinage or Pre-owned items.

Settlement e-cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, promotion codes, cashback, discounts inclusive of Tesco Clubcard Reward Tokens, Consumer Credit or another Settlement e-card.

Your Settlement e-card cannot be exchanged wholly or in part for cash and is valid only in the UK. Goldsmiths reserve the right to cancel the card at any time.

Returning Items Purchased with a Settlement e-Card

Settlement e-Card online purchases can be returned by post or to any Goldsmith Store. Please refer to our returns policy for full details. The value of your order will be refunded onto a Customer Card which you can spend online or in our boutiques.

Please be aware that Click & Collect orders can only be processed in our stores and is therefore excluded from our online returns procedure.
