V12 Finance FAQ

How To Apply
  1. Add the item you wish to purchase to your bag and proceed through the checkout to the payment stage.
  2. Select "V12 Finance" and choose from one of the available plans. We have a number of terms available over 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months. You will only be able to select the payment terms applicable depending on the value of your order.
  3. You can also increase your deposit at this stage if you wish to make your monthly payments lower.
  4. Once selected, review your terms and when you are ready, proceed to V12's website via the "Proceed to V12 Finance" button.
  5. You will then be taken to the application form for your Interest Free Credit plan on V12's website. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you.
  6. We will then ask you for your credit card details to place the deposit for your order. Once you are happy with everything, click 'Place Deposit'. Deposits cannot be paid using Paypal or Gift Cards.
  7. The finance company will process your application and once accepted, we will receive notification. We will ONLY despatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Order Returns

Please note when considering returning items bought with Interest Free Credit, the order must be returned in full to Goldsmiths. This means that if, for example, you have purchased three items through Interest Free Credit but would like to return one of those items, then all three items must be returned to us.

Declined Applications

If your credit application is declined, you will receive notification via email from our credit partner, V12 Finance, with further instruction on how to dispute the decision.

Embodying the unique Japanese Grand Seiko aesthetic, the Heritage Collection features a classic watch selection honouring some of the earliest Grand Seiko models.

Equipped with the latest movements, manufacturing techniques, and craftsmanship, the collection balances great performance with great designs for which Grand Seiko has always been renowned.

HISTORICAL STYLE RE-IMAGINED FOR THE MODERN ERA

The 40mm case and co-ordinating bracelet are reminiscent of the very first 44GS design, but crafted from Ever-Brilliant Steel, this timepiece will remain sharp and shining for longer.

Inside, the bold black dial has been inspired by the snowy peaks of Mt.Iwate at dusk, and features a 24-hour hand that allows this watch to tell the time in two places. Behind the dial, the 9S85 calibre automatic movement delivers precision between five and three seconds a day and builds a 55-hour power reserve.

Water resistant to 10 bar (100 metres), this Heritage Collection model showcases a see-through sapphire case back.
