Engraving

There are many ways to personalise your watch, but none are as timeless or as unique as engraving. Whether it’s to mark a significant birthday or anniversary, or a milestone occasion – for yourself or a loved one – we can engrave the case or case back of your chosen timepiece to make it extra-special. Our expert engravers can take on all manner of briefs, from initials to family crests. Ask us what’s possible – you may well be surprised.

Restoration

We don’t want it to happen, we don’t expect it to happen, but in the unlikely event that something does happen, regardless of how careful you are with your watch, there are very few repairs that our expert watchmakers can't undertake. Our technicians will do everything they can to help.

Each watch has a different story so will have different requirements. That’s why our specialist technicians are trained to look at watches of any age, regardless of brand or type and will do everything they can to help restore it. Certain watches may be returned to the manufacturers to undertake a repair, while others will be managed by our own technicians, some of whom work in our showrooms, so your watch may not even have to leave the building.

Pure metals can be revived, and in some cases, movements rebuilt, leaving you with a watch that looks and feels almost new.
