With the strong, sleek lines of the Seiko Astron, the world’s first commercially available quartz watch, today’s Astron is designed for a new generation of leaders, breaking through to the future with excellence in both innovation and style. This exceptional watch combines solid tailoring with the highest degree of accuracy possible in a wristwatch. Equipped with Seiko’s 5X83 calibre, offering both high-speed GPS dual time and time zone adjustment to 39 time zones and a chronograph function that measures elapsed time in 1/20th second increments, the high precision timepieces also features an AM/PM indicator, daylight saving time function, power save function, perpetual day/date calendar correct to the year 2100, and a time transfer function that allows the user to switch the main time and dual time indications with the push of a button, all powered by light energy with no battery change required. The gray hairline-finish dial displays four subdials, a date calendar, and LumiBrite hands and markers. Crafted of light and durable titanium with super-hard coating, this superb timepiece also includes a sapphire crystal with super-clear coating, secure screwdown caseback and tri-fold push button release clasp with Smart Adjuster function. 10 bar, 100M Water Resistant.
