Christmas has come early for one member of Goldsmiths staff after winning first prize in a 'Brilliance Incentive' ran by their retail head office.

Christine Platt of Goldsmiths, Grafton Centre Cambridge was handed the keys to a brand new Fiat 500 this morning after coming first in the company's biggest ever retail incentive scheme. The Brilliance Incentive was designed to engage the entire retail teams across 170+ stores with Head Office and was based on a points system gained through sales made in store.

Over 42,000 people entered the incentive with over 50 members of staff winning a prize.
