Goldsmiths offer a first class watch repair service, combining the best of the watch brands service centre's with our own team of expert watch makers, some of which are accredited by Rolex.

Whether you require a battery, change of strap or a full service, our Goldsmiths team are here to help you.

All services are accompanied by a 12 month guarantee.

Simply take your timepiece into your nearest Goldsmiths store and one of our team will be happy to inspect your watch and advise how we can help you.

If you wish to arrange a service, our stores will be able to provide you with a verbal estimate and advise of an approximate return date.

For all repairs, our team will be happy to explain our procedure to you step by step and then arrange an estimate for you.

If you decide to approve the repair, you will then be contacted when the repair has been completed, and your piece will be held safely until you are able to collect it.
