Whilst we take every care to ensure your item(s) are despatched with their original Branded Box this may not always be possible. Therefore a suitable alternative Goldsmiths box will be supplied.

On occasion it may not be possible to supply the manufactures original guarantee with orders placed on our site. In this instance we will supply a Goldsmiths guarantee which covers the watch against defects in materials and workmanship by Aurum Holdings Ltd under the terms and conditions of the warranty for a period of two years from the original date of purchase.

We take every care to ensure items despatched from our website are in perfect condition however this may not always be possible. Some pieces of stock may have been on display in one of our 160 stores nationwide and have superficial scratches. This will be reflected in the price.
