Exceptions to Delivery Times

Ring Orders

From time to time we may be required to place a special order for your specific ring size via a goldsmiths store or direct from our supplier.

Whilst we carry a large quantity of all our rings, on occasion more popular sizes may be out of stock.

Should this be the case and we are unable to despatch your order within our 'normal' 1-7 day delivery, we will contact you to discuss and advise.If you would like to know about our Returns Policy then please click here.

Interest Free Credit

Due to the process that is involved with Interest Free Credit purchases, this facility cannot be used for the purchase of sale items.

Next Day Delivery

Where a product states Next Day all orders placed before 3pm on those items will be despatched from our warehouse by an insured courier service for delivery the following day.

Excludes Interest Free Credit, Special Orders and Sale Orders.

Bank Holidays

Due to our warehouse being closed on Bank Holidays, any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability).

Adverse Weather Conditions

In the event of adverse weather conditions, our delivery times maybe extended for affected areas due to reasons beyond our control. In this event, we will try our utmost to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.
