Goldsmiths Care means we will repair or replace your item as quickly as possible, with minimum fuss. All you need to do is visit your local showroom to make a claim.
Goldsmiths Care is available with options for three or five years' cover, starting from the moment you leave the showroom, with just one simple payment and no penalties for claiming.
For Jewellery, Goldsmiths Care will provide a free in-store clean and inspection annually, free Rhodium plate on white gold and free jeweller cleaner or diamond dazzle stick for diamonds.
In the case of watches, you will also receive a watch cleaning cloth and a free watch winder for watches over £10,000.
