If you have received a Claims Service Card, you’ll first need to activate it before you can start shopping online or in our showrooms. To activate your card over the telephone, please call our Claims Team on 0116 282 1931 and we’ll have your card ready to use within 24 hours. Alternatively, please visit one of our showrooms where we can activate your card and have it ready to use straight away.
Using your Claims Service Card online
It is possible to fulfil your insurance settlement by purchasing products via our website. At the point of purchase your claim service card can be chosen as the payment method and the card details will be requested to allow the transaction to complete. The same terms and conditions apply as was outlined at the point of settlement, for example sale / promotional items or products such as Rolex could be excluded from your replacement options. If items are in your basket which breach your terms and conditions the payment type will not be allowed and a message will indicate that your basket needs to be amended. If there is a product you wish to purchase but is currently under a promotion, it is possible to purchase the product at the full retail price by contacting our customer services team who will arrange the sale to go through on that basis. Similarly, if your order exceeds your insurance settlement value, our website will enable you to pay the outstanding amount on a debit or credit card.
Your card balance can be obtained at any Goldsmiths showroom, through our online balance checker or by calling our customer experience team on 0870 242 6682 during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 6pm
- Saturday - Sunday: Closed
- Bank holidays: 9:00am - 5pm
Claims Service Card terms and conditions
Claims Service Cards are redeemable against most products and services at Goldsmiths. Unfortunately they cannot be redeemed against Rolex watches, TAG Connected Watches, Gift Cards, coinage or pre-owned items.
Claims Service Sards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, promotion code, products labelled as online only prices, cashback, discounts inclusive of Tesco Clubcard Reward Tokens, Consumer Credit or Claims Service Cards.
Your Claims Service Card cannot be exchanged wholly or in part for cash and is valid only in the UK. Goldsmiths reserve the right to cancel the card at any time.
Returning items purchased with a Claims Service Card
Claims Service Card online purchases can be returned by post or to any Goldsmiths showroom. Please refer to our returns policy for full details. The value of your order will be refunded onto a Customer Card which you can spend online or in our showrooms.
Please be aware that Click & Collect orders can only be processed in our showrooms and is therefore excluded from our online returns procedure.
