Calling our claims team on 08450 742 790, quoting your claim reference and card number.

Your card will be activated within 24 hours.

Or

Alternatively you can visit one of our Goldsmiths stores to activate the card for you while you wait.

You can then use the card straight away.

Please note: Any applicable excess will be collected at the point of activation.

Register with goldsmiths.co.uk creating your own account

- At the top of any Goldsmiths.co.uk page, click on 'My Account'

- Enter your email address where indicated.

- If you already have an online account with us then please enter your password. If you are creating an account for the first time then please leave the password field empty and click on 'Sign In'.

- You should now be on the 'Registration' page. Just fill in the details required and then click on 'Register'.
Please note: that all of the fields that have a star (*) next to them have to be filled in otherwise you will not be able to register with us until those fields have been completed.)

You should now have created an account with Goldsmiths.co.uk.

Select your purchases and proceed to checkout

- If you would like to narrow down your search then please select the relevant criteria listed down the left-hand side of the page. The menus expand and collapse for ease of use.

- Once you have found an item that you like and wish to purchase it, then just simply add it to your 'basket'.

- From here, you can either continue to browse or you can proceed to the 'checkout'.

Complete your contact details and delivery address

- If you do not have an account with us yet then you will have to type in your billing and delivery address.

- Once you are happy with the delivery and billing address, click on the red 'Proceed to Payment' button below.

Click the Claims Service Card image, have your card to hand and follow the payment instructions accordingly.

- When you see the page with all of the logos for the different Credit & Debit Cards that we accept, the Claims Service Card is located in the middle row.
