Returns
We want you to be completely happy with anything you purchase from our website. If you're not, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, and we will give you a refund or within 30 days for an exchange.
Repairs
All Goldsmiths stores offer a first class repair service. Most repairs are performed by skilled craftsmen in our own workshops* within two weeks, and all come with a 12 month guarantee.
If you need your jewellery repaired, just take it to your nearest store. One of our sales consultants will be able to give you a verbal estimate. We'll get in touch when the work is done and safely hold onto your jewellery until you can collect it.
*Certain watch brands will be returned to the manufacturer for repair or servicing.
